The floor screeding contract in Witham, Essex was within easy access to the M25 at junction 28 in the the UK. The site was a mixture of houses and flats and required eight thousand six hundred square metres of screed.

    The flats on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors had a base layer of rubber insulation, followed by strip walls and 65mm fibre screed.
